InMyEyes does not collect or store personal data. No account is required.
When you use the app, the photo you have selected is sent to Anthropic's API (Claude) to generate text. The image is sent solely for this purpose and is not stored by us. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy for how they handle data.
The app requests access to your photo library and/or camera only so that you can choose or take a photo to use in the app. We do not store any images on our servers.
In-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple via the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information.
We do not collect anonymised usage data or analytics beyond what Apple may collect via the App Store (see Apple's Privacy Policy).
The app is designed for the whole family and may be used by children. The app does not collect personal data and requires no account. Photos sent for text generation are processed by Anthropic — we recommend that parents review Anthropic's Privacy Policy. In-app purchases require Apple ID authorisation and can be protected with a password or Face ID in the device settings.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the most recent update is always shown at the top of this page.
